Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2026 and is a brand-new, growing team with exciting opportunities ahead. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent six years working for another agent, always with the goal of owning my own agency and building something of my own. I’m a graduate of Purdue University and an avid golfer who enjoys staying active outside of the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
