Under the leadership of our Head Chef, Adele Crawford, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills, and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality. The rate of pay for this casual position is £9.55 to £12.75 per hour depending on your age. To ensure that all Kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned and presented to the Hastings Standard of Cleanliness and Hygiene. To keep all kitchen areas clean. Typical tasks include washing dishes, pots, pans, loading and unloading the dish washer, emptying, and cleaning bins. Maintaining the cleanliness of dishwashing areas including walls, fridges, and mopping floors.

To ensure all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems are reported immediately. To maintain the security of stock areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches. To work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.

To comply with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures. Any other duties as required by management.
