Software Data Engineer 4 (EAI - 127)

Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, Sage. Cor Solutions (Sage. Cor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies.

Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required. Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:

• Eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in Software Engineering with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or appropriate field from an accredited college or university OR Six (6) years of experience in Software Engineering with a Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or appropriate field from an accredited college or university OR Three (3) years of experience in Software Engineering with a PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or appropriate field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience designing, deploying and managing cloud infrastructure using Open Stack and other comparable platforms
• Strong Linux and Python background
• Understanding of IT management and operations Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:
• Excellent oral, written, organizational and communications skills.
• Broad experience in system engineering disciplines.
• Software development.
• Develop Operations.
• Experience using network automation tools.
• Cloud security and operations familiarity.
• Power. Shell familiarity.
