We are the premier manufacturer of bottles and closures for medicinal, wellness, and lifestyle products. The Plant Office Administrator is an hourly position, working M-F 8am-5pm. Under general supervision, the Plant Office Admin provides clerical and administrative support to the Plant Manager.

, is the local liaison with Human Resources and performs those Human Resource and Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) administrative functions required at the plant level. S.A. accounts if enrolled in those plans. Some Responsibilities Include: Maintain responsibility for general office and human resources administrative duties. Responsible for maintaining and entering production data into a computer system, processing change orders, generating reports, preparing orders, etc. Responsible for ordering office/janitorial supplies.

Responsible for maintaining shipping and receiving receipts with accounts payable. May assist in or have responsibility for finished goods and raw material shipping functions such as arrangements for trucks, BOL creation, etc Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Greet and direct visitors/vendors and applicants to the facility.

Serve as the liaison of the plant facility to the corporate human resources department.

Minimum Qualifications

Proficient experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Must possess strong people skills and the ability to work well with others. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. 1-3 years of office administrative experience is a plus Prior experience in Human Resources is a definite plus.
