Onboarding Specialist

Chimes seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized New Hire Onboarding Specialist to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Onboarding Manager, the Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they have the resources and support needed for a successful transition into our company.

This role involves coordinating pre-hire and onboarding activities, scheduling new hires to attend New Employee Orientation (NEO), and acting as a liaison between new hires and various departments (Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Operations).
