Responsibilities

:- Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and generating leads through market research and outreach activities. Support customer service operations by addressing client inquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaborate with team members to prepare sales presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional materials.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service requests using CRM tools. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to provide insights that help improve sales strategies and service delivery. Participate in training sessions to develop knowledge of banking products, compliance requirements, and sales techniques.

Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth onboarding of new customers and timely resolution of service requests. Monitor competitor activities and report findings to the sales and service teams to support strategic planning.
