Community Sourcing Specialist - Bilingual

The Community Sourcing Specialist is responsible for building sustainable talent pipelines through community engagement, workforce development initiatives, and strategic partnerships. This role develops relationships with workforce boards, educational institutions, community organizations, nonprofit groups, and other local stakeholders to connect job seekers with employment opportunities.

Rather than focusing on traditional recruiting, the position proactively identifies new talent sources, expands community networks, and strengthens Employbridge's presence in the market. The ideal candidate has experience in community outreach, workforce development, economic development, employment services, or partnership building and is passionate about creating pathways to employment.
