Steward | Manuza | Bali

We are looking for a Daily Worker Steward to support the team at Manuza in Bali. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and back-of-house areas while supporting the team during daily operations. Main Responsibilities Wash and sanitise kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and utensils.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen, back-of-house, and storage areas. Support the kitchen team with cleaning, preparation, and general operational tasks. Handle waste disposal and maintain clean waste areas. Assist with moving and organising kitchen supplies when required. Support opening, closing, and deep-cleaning activities.

Follow hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Assist with other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Steward, Dishwasher, Cleaner, or similar role is preferred. Hospitality experience is an advantage. Reliable, hardworking, and responsible. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Physically fit and comfortable with standing and manual work for extended periods.
