Office Clerk - (Grades 6-8)

JOB OVERVIEW: Work with the teachers in the building to complete clerical tasks as needed PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary lead for Breakfast and Lunch Responsible for daily counts, reporting, and sales for all students and staff Responsible for point of sale at breakfast and lunchtimes Responsible for keeping accurate information on the Free and Reduced Lunch Program Responsible for distributing district and US Mail Primary contact for copy machine Tracks/orders paper and copying supplies Responsible for clerical tasks as assigned by Administration Participate and maintain a team atmosphere within the office Establish and maintain positive professional relationships with students, staff, administration, families and community Present a positive image of the school and a welcoming demeanor This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by employees assigned to this position and is not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities.
