Bilingual Wraparound Facilitator

The Bilingual Wraparound Facilitator’s primary responsibility is to facilitate Child and Family Planning Meetings using Wraparound principles that are family centered, individualized, strengths based, and outcome focused. The program’s goal is to help children and families with complex and enduring needs receive intensive treatment in the least restrictive environment that is appropriate.

The Wraparound Facilitator’s role is to provide assessment of the client and family’s needs and lead the team in providing treatment to support the family toward meeting their goals.
