Experience Required: 8–10 Years Primary Skill: SailPoint Level: L3 Role Description We are seeking an experienced IAM professional with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The role involves configuration, integration, workflow automation, and governance implementation to support enterprise identity and access management requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the configuration and management of SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC). Configure factory application onboarding. Perform application integrations with ISC and complete workflow configurations. Design and implement SailPoint IdentityNow configurations to meet specific business needs. Automate user provisioning and access management workflows.
Troubleshoot complex access management issues. Analyze audit logs and generate reports to ensure compliance with security policies. Document processes and procedures related to SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC). Stay up to date with the latest SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) features and best practices. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SailPoint IdentityNow with other security solutions.
Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Strong understanding of SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud (ISC). Proven experience in: User provisioning Access governance Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Experience with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell is a plus.
