Cloud Systems Architect - AWS

We're looking for a Cloud Systems Architect – AWS to join our team and deliver robust, secure and scalable cloud architecture solutions for enterprise clients. In this role, you will focus on designing and implementing AWS-based systems that enable seamless migration, modernization and optimization of applications and services.

Working closely with senior architects and project teams, you will bring best practices in cloud design, automation and security to ensure reliable and cost-efficient solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work across diverse environments, solve complex technical challenges and contribute to digital transformation initiatives in a hands-on capacity.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into AWS solution designs Design and prototype AWS infrastructure components, ensuring security, scalability and performance Assist in migrations from on-premises or other cloud platforms to AWS using appropriate methodologies Develop implementation plans and support solution deployment and configuration Apply best practices for CI/CD automation, security hardening and cost optimization Conduct architecture reviews and recommend improvements for availability, resilience and compliance Provide technical guidance during development and integration phases Prepare architecture documentation and ensure alignment with governance policies Collaborate with senior architects in defining architecture standards and patterns Requirements Proven experience designing and implementing AWS-based solutions in enterprise environments Hands-on knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda and related components Familiarity with cloud migration techniques (rehost, refactor, replatform, re-architect) Understanding of hybrid/multi-cloud architectures, networking and connectivity Experience with infrastructure automation tools and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of security principles and ability to apply them in AWS environments Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team setting Good communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to have Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, AWS Cloud.

Formation) Familiarity with Dev. Sec. Ops practices Exposure to large-scale migration programs AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Associate or higher)
