Job Summary

On-call Requirements / Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
3. Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate issued by an authorized agency.
4. Resume 5. 2 current letters of recommendation EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and skill is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and skill would be Minimum Experience Requirement: Experience working with individuals with physical or health related needs. Minimum Education Requirement: Twelfth grade diploma or the equivalent. License(s)/Certificated(s)/Permits:

• Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse(RN) license
• Valid Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
• Valid California Driver’s license; adequate insurance coverage on personal vehicle and ability to travel between school sites within the District. Condition of Employment: Insurability by the district’s liability carrier. Employment contingent upon fingerprint and background clearance, and proof of a recent negative tuberculosis test result.
