CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Possession of a valid Florida Commercial Drivers license, Class A or Class B.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Drives to clinic sites and sets up mobile unit paying particular attention to site safety. Greets patients, directs and performs any pre-visit paperwork, entering information into the computer. Keeps a schedule of appointments and completes post visit paperwork. Assists ARNP with physical lifting/moving of patients if necessary.

Maintains complete patient records. Clean and maintain interior of unit; floors, bathroom, etc. Keep a log book for referrals and or lab work for follow-up. Maintains mobile unit statistics. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES CUSTOMER SERVICE While performing this job, the associate fully understands their accountability for creating satisfied customers, both external and internal.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

and/or EXPERIENCE One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.

Ability to effectively present information in one-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
