Account Specialist (Trading Desk) Job Summary Texas Precious Metals is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, trustworthy team member to assist clients through both precious metals buying and liquidation processes.

This high-trust position demands a strong understanding of client relations, continued attention to market dynamics, and commitment to excellence in service and operations. Account Specialist (Trading Desk) Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Achieve and maintain expert-level knowledge of our precious metals products and market trends
• Negotiate and execute client orders using discretion and judgment
• Oversee and ensure prompt processing of abnormal or complex orders
• Serve as the go-to expert on product, inventory, and shipment questions
• Assist and represent clients through the entire purchase and liquidation order lifecycles.
• Assist with daily business operations and ad hoc responsibilities
• Travel occasionally (less than 10%)

• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities

• High learning agility and drive to become a subject matter expert
• Some college coursework preferred
• Experience in non-commissioned sales and or customer service preferred
• Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and ethical
