Residential HVAC Service Technician

Job Description: W.F. Hann & Sons is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician for their location in Warrensville Heights, OH . In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work thoroughly and accurately.

Competitive base pay of $25.00-35.00/hr based on skill/experience level Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid Holidays 401k Retirement Plan, 401k Match Company Vehicle Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 5 years of HVAC work experience OSHA 10 and/or EPA Universal Certifications preferred Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required Responsibilities: Services all Residential HVAC equipment according to an established service schedule and company standards and within acceptable time frames, as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.

Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns. Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits daily. Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.

Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles. Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate. The starting hourly base wage for this position is $25.00-35.00/hr. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
