The ideal candidate will have strong operational and people-management experience, with a proven ability to maintain high standards across back-of-house functions within a luxury hospitality environment.

Requirements

Previous Back of House management or supervisory experience within a luxury hotel, lodge or hospitality environment Strong understanding of back-of-house operations and procedures Proven staff management and leadership experience Excellent organisational and administrative skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high operational standards Good knowledge of health, safety and hygiene requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure Proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach Comfortable working in a remote hospitality environment Passion for maintaining exceptional luxury service standards If you do not hear from us within 7 working days, kindly consider your application unsuccessful.
