Senior Customer Success Manager (Remote)

As the vertical-aligned Senior Customer Success Manager, you own Tier 1 and Tier 2 relationships across UKG and Payroll within one of five of Mosaic's verticals: Healthcare, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Retail & Hospitality, or Services & Distribution. You are a true customer advocate — free of tension activities tied to selling or negotiating — a subject-matter expert in HCM, Payroll, and WFM, and a growing industry expert in one of the verticals listed above.
