RN Wound Care PRN

The Wound Care RN delivers comprehensive, evidence‑based care for patients of all ages, providing both direct and supervisory support throughout the wound‑management process.

Responsibilities include

performing thorough wound assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing advanced interventions such as negative‑pressure therapy, moisture‑balance techniques, and prevention measures aligned with best practices. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to improve healing outcomes and reduce hospital‑acquired pressure injuries, while actively contributing to quality improvement, safety monitoring, staff education, and accurate documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal patient results.
