Registered Behavior Technician

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team on a part-time basis in Memphis, TN and West Memphis, AR. **Job Overview:**As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work directly with individuals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those you work with and help them reach their full potential.Responsibilities:- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst

• Collect data on client progress and behavior
• Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with other team members
• Provide feedback and support to clients and their familiesRequirements:
• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain RBT certification
• Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
