Summary/Objective The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will receive incoming shipments and documents into the applicable ERP software. This position will package, and ship completed parts to Customers or to Vendors for processing. Parts will need to be put on pallets for onward processing within the business. This position will complete inter-department transfers for Specialties and Sun including system transactions in Epicor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operate a forklift. Receive material in ERP software. Material handling. Package freight internal distribution. Load and unload trucks. Build wood containers to correct dimensions. Position Requirements Interest and enjoyment in changing environments. High school diploma / GED equivalent. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general periodicals and detailed instructions.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of peers and managers. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Ability to use email applications and a basic understanding of Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Power Point. Excellent organizational skills. Communication Proficiency.
