Project Manager

We are looking for Project Managers Inside IR35 for a 3-6 months contract based in Glasgow *Please note this is not a live role. We are currently building talent pools for up-and-coming roles. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance. As a Project Manager your main responsibilities will be to: Lead the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring objectives , timelines, and deliverables are achieved.

Develop and maintain project plans, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests. Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports, governance updates, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Facilitate project meetings and governance forums, ensuring actions, decisions , and outcomes are tracked and delivered. Essential: Proven experience managing projects from initiation through to completion within a complex environment. Strong understanding of project management principles , including scheduling, risk management , and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.
