Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for invoicing and accounts receivable (AR) activity associated with Career Services (CS). This position will also be responsible for clearing the AR subledger entries. This role ensures accurate and timely processing, account coding, and compliance with internal policies and procedures. The Accounting Specialist assists with resolving customer/funder inquiries, supporting audits, and maintaining accurate billing/receivable records.
