Performance Specialist & Vehicle Technician (£45k Basic | Supercars & Track Fleet | Eastleigh)

Role Overview Seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Performance Specialist to join our high-achieving independent specialist workshop in Eastleigh.

You will be responsible for carrying out advanced diagnostics, complex engine rebuilds, and specialist performance modifications on supercars and track-focused builds to exceptionally high standards.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent technical qualification). Strong mechanical repair competence with a methodical, independent problem-solving mindset. Passion for performance vehicles and high attention to detail. Full UK driving licence & own hand tools. Location & Commute Base: Eastleigh (Free secure on-site parking) Road Links: Strategic position offering fast, direct commutes across Hampshire via the M27 and M3.
