Job Profile: Do you have your Bachelor in Psych, Social Work or Sociology and looking to get more experience working in mental health settings? Are you passionate about helping clients focus on health and wellness treatment goals and services work with a vulnerable client population? Open communication with leadership and mission-focused engagement Training and growth opportunities with a supportive team invested in your success Position and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related field OR one-year experience in the behavioral health field for non-related Bachelor's degrees Experience working with adults in an outpatient setting, interest in working with adults with mental illness and substance use issues Experience with clinical modalities: Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), other Cognitive Behavior Therapies (CBT) Collaborative and client centered orientation Manage a caseload of clients and their diverse needs Collaborative team member who is ready to jump in, support our clients and team Community outreach experience and interest, occasional ability to transport clients to connect to care Familiarity with insurance programs like Medicare and Medicaid Compensation: $22.

05 to $28.77/hour. The posted range represents the full salary range for this position. Starting pay is based on factors such as directly related experience, education, licensure and/or certification, and internal equity.
