Key Responsibilities

Prepare different types of sweets and desserts. Maintain consistent taste, texture, and quality. Follow recipes and maintain proper ingredient measurements. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Properly store ingredients and finished products. Assist with new sweets recipes and menu development. Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock usage.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Mithai Maker/Sweet Maker. Good knowledge of traditional sweets and desserts. Strong attention to quality and presentation. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
