Leonard’s Syrups is seeking a dependable and motivated Draft Beer Line Cleaning Technician (Coil Cleaner) to join our team. This position is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and servicing draft beer lines and related equipment at customer locations to ensure proper operation, cleanliness, and quality. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience is not required. We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of draft beer lines, coils, and related equipment at customer locations. Follow established cleaning procedures and industry standards to maintain the cleanliness and proper operation of draft beer systems. Inspect draft beer systems for potential issues, including buildup, leaks, and equipment malfunctions.

Troubleshoot and address minor equipment issues as needed. Complete all assigned customer accounts and scheduled services in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain accurate service records, including work performed and payments collected. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional, friendly, and reliable service.

Properly maintain and care for company-provided tools, equipment, supplies, and vehicles. Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals. Communicate service concerns, equipment issues, and customer needs to management. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements Valid driver's license required. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and manage daily assigned service routes. Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Good communication and customer service skills. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and established cleaning processes. Previous experience with draft beer systems, equipment maintenance, or a similar service-related position is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn new skills and participate in hands-on training.

Ability and willingness to work early morning shifts, with start times as early as 4:00 AM. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to work in confined or limited spaces, including behind bars and around draft beer equipment. Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.

Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals while using appropriate personal protective equipment. Ability to travel between multiple customer locations throughout the workday.
