Role: 1-1 Teaching Assistant Contract Type: Full-Time and Temporary Start Date: September 2024

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1-1 Teaching Assistant to join the school's dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is a temporary TA position starting in September 2024. The successful TA will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons.

TA - Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting class teachers in the delivery of high-quality lessons.

• Leading small group interventions and providing one-on-one support to students as needed.

• Assisting in the planning and preparation of learning activities.

• Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.

• Previous experience working in a primary school setting.

• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
