Future About this Role We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to support financial and operational decision-making by delivering insightful analysis, structured reporting, and performance measurement.

The role focuses on producing accurate financial and headcount reporting, enabling forecasting, and partnering with business, finance, and HR teams to provide actionable recommendations. The individual will contribute to process efficiency through reporting automation and ensure timely delivery of both scheduled and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders What you’ll do Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Deliver and maintain a portfolio of scheduled reports for business stakeholders. Develop and enhance automated reporting solutions using Power BI, including interactive dashboards to improve accessibility and informed decision-making. Support process improvements by streamlining reporting workflows and introducing automation opportunities.

Manage and approve FinX demand requests, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and efficient processing. Collaborate with Finance, HR, and operational teams to gather inputs and provide insights. Integrate new reporting requirements, including group-driven initiatives such as PxQ model reporting, into existing frameworks.

Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by management Who you are Proven experience (10+ years) in financial reporting and analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail. Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Finance graduate or equivalent qualification.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard development. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrates structured thinking, sound judgement, and a solution-oriented approach Not a perfect fit?
