Operations Coverage Supervisor/Leadership Trainee

We are seeking a dependable, high-potential Operations Coverage Supervisor / Leadership Trainee to support warehouse leadership across multiple functions. This role is built for someone who can step into different areas of the operation when coverage, workload, or business priorities require it. The position may support receiving, dock coordination, inventory control, afternoon returns, outbound preparation, night selection/loading, public warehouse activity, recycling, facility follow-up, and special projects. This is a hands-on supervisory and development role with a clear path for someone looking to grow into larger operations leadership.
