Banquet Manager: Holiday Inn Roberts Centre

Key Responsibilities

Oversee banquet operations from setup through event completion Lead, train, and develop banquet team members Coordinate event execution with Sales, Catering, Culinary, and Operations teams Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor controls Ensure exceptional guest service and prompt resolution of concerns Maintain company, safety, and sanitation standards Qualifications: 3+ years of banquet, hospitality, catering, hotel, or event management experience Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
