收集及了解所負責之Account(BG/BU或Fun)之外部競爭動態(含商務營運及人才結構/需求)與內部人才動態議題，統整分析轉化為資訊，以即時主動提供人才議題評估及解決方案。 5.建立所負責之Account(BG/BU或Fun)之有效CRM系統，系統化紀錄管理Account資訊(含L/L)，以提升對Ａccount之人才議題解決品質及服務效率。 Education Bachelor
