Sizemore, Inc. is hiring an experienced High Volume Recruiter to join our Chester team.

This isn't a slow-paced recruiting position. You'll support high-volume hiring for our janitorial operations, managing candidates from initial application and sourcing through interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. We're looking for someone who knows how to move quickly without losing organization or candidate experience.

You'll communicate with candidates throughout the day, build pipelines for multiple locations, partner with hiring leaders, and keep the hiring process moving.

What You'll Do

Manage high-volume recruiting from sourcing through onboarding Recruit for hourly janitorial and related positions across multiple locations Review applications, conduct candidate screens and coordinate interviews Proactively source candidates through Indeed and other recruiting channels Maintain active candidate pipelines to meet ongoing hiring needs Post and manage job advertisements Keep applicants informed and engaged throughout the hiring process Partner closely with hiring managers on staffing needs and candidate qualifications Manage candidate activity and recruiting workflow within our applicant tracking system Coordinate hiring events, job fairs and other recruiting initiatives Support recruiting efforts for new locations and staffing launches Complete required candidate assessments and pre-employment screening steps Maintain accurate and timely recruiting activity What We're Looking For 2+ years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment strongly preferred Experience recruiting hourly, janitorial, facilities, light industrial, hospitality, staffing or similar workforces is a plus Comfortable managing multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously Strong candidate communication and follow-up skills Ability to prioritize quickly when hiring needs change Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working toward hiring goals Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with operations and hiring leaders High school diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years old This Role Is a Good Fit If You...
