• Communications Partner BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Under the direction of the Lead Communications Partner, operate the Hospital telephone switchboard to ensure all calls are answered in a timely and efficient manner; will maintain a centralized source for information for patients, customers, and employees during outages, emergencies, and disasters. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education High school diploma Minimum Work Experience 2 – 3 years of experience in a call center or as an operator or customer service Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Good communication skills Ability to work quickly and accurately Good understanding of English, spoken and written Ability to express courtesy and tact Ability to establish and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships. Critical thinking skills
