Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in Mergers and Acquisitions, where I developed a passion for building relationships and helping people make important decisions. I graduated from Baylor University in 2000 and am married to my wife, Rachael.

We have two children, three dogs, and family is always my top priority. Giving back to the community is an important part of our agency. I proudly support United Way, stay active with Cornerstone Church, and enjoy participating in youth sports and other local community initiatives. Building strong relationships both inside and outside the office is something I truly value.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success.

You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
