Project Architect/Team Leader (Hospitality and Gaming)

Las Vegas is unlike anywhere else in the world, and so is the work we do here. At Cuningham, we design the experiences that define this city: immersive resorts, world-class gaming destinations, and hospitality environments that captivate guests from the moment they arrive. Our Las Vegas office is home to a talented, multi-disciplinary team working across a variety of markets, so while hospitality and gaming are at the heart of this role, you'll find no shortage of opportunities to contribute to diverse and exciting projects.

We're a firm that believes great design goes beyond aesthetics, it transforms how people feel, connect, and experience the world around them. Driven by collaboration, fueled by creativity, and grounded in a commitment to regenerative design, we bring bold ideas to life at every scale. We are seeking a Project Architect / Team Leader to lead design efforts for our Las Vegas team on hospitality and gaming projects across all phases of design and delivery.

(Title is Project Architect for licensed candidates; Team Leader for candidates actively pursuing licensure.) This role is ideal for an experienced designer who combines technical leadership with design vision, leading small to medium-scale project scopes and managing teams with varying levels of experience. This individual leads the design process from concept through construction, taking responsible control over technical submissions requiring a stamp and seal when licensed.

Experience in the hospitality and gaming market sector is required, with demonstrated project involvement on resort, hotel, and/or casino project types.
