Lower Richland Manager

Richland Library is seeking a dynamic, community-minded, and forward-thinking Location Manager to guide the day-to-day operations and set the strategic vision of our Lower Richland branch while helping shape its future through planned renovations and improvements. In this role, you will champion a welcoming and engaging environment, lead and mentor a dedicated team of library staff, ensure exceptional customer service and programming, and build strong partnerships with local schools, organizations, businesses, and community groups.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to support the branch’s continued success and help envision and prepare for its next chapter.
