Client An ICG client is looking for a skilled facilitator to support a whole day planning workshop for a division within a large federal government client Role Facilitate a planning day for a Division within a large Federal Government Department to help Branches and sections understand where they are in the divisional strategy, think innovatively and collaborate to develop branch plans.

Key outcomes of workshop: Common understanding of vision and impact from all Align business and future readiness Agree on contributions to key strategic priorities and how to work across branches Key Deliverables: Inputs to convert into a visual roadmap for the next 3 year journey Draft branch plans Skills and experience required: Strong facilitations skills Experience in organisational planning activities Influencing people / engaging with teams to receive required inputs / data from colleagues Self-starter, problem solver –someone who will be productive quickly and both get the outputs delivered on time but also show initiative in asking probing questions.

Logistics Start date : Immediate Duration: workshop is on 7 th August 2024 , ( 1 Day) Location: Canberra for facilitation Rate : The daily net rate to the consultant will be between $1,500-2,000 AUD + GST Application Close date: No later than Monday 29th July 2024 , 5 pm AEST ​ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- APT’s must be lodged within 48 hours.
