About the role

• Work Location: Bangpoo, Thailand
• Reporting Line: Assistant Maintenance Manager
• Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability and minimal production downtime. You will supervise a team of technicians, drive preventive maintenance activities, respond to breakdowns, and ensure timely completion of maintenance work through SAP while supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

Lead and support technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot production issues. Ensure production equipment operates safely and efficiently with minimal downtime. Supervise the maintenance team to support production schedules and operational targets.

Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize maintenance costs. Manage and close maintenance work orders (TECO) in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Prepare monthly maintenance reports, including work order status and breakdown analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment and process abnormalities.

Train and develop technicians to strengthen technical capability and performance. Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation, tools, and maintenance records are audit-ready. Ensure compliance with production standards, safety requirements, and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

and skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a food, FMCG, or manufacturing environment. Proven experience supervising or leading maintenance technicians in a production environment. Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown management of industrial equipment.

Working knowledge of PLC and industrial automation systems, with experience in troubleshooting and basic program modification. Experience with SAP PM or other CMMS is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and people management skills. Willing to work a 6-day work week. (Alternate Saturday – 2 times per month) Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
