packages available. Job Description: Brixx & Barley in Long Beach is looking for a reliable, hardworking Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team! We're seeking someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

Prepare, stretch, top, and bake pizzas while maintaining consistency and quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pizza station. Assist with food preparation, stocking, and daily kitchen operations. Help operate the pizza counter and assist customers when additional support is needed. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Qualifications

Previous pizza-making experience preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Willingness to assist at the pizza counter as needed. Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and evenings as required.
