The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility, creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents, teammates, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, and waste removal. Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed. Ensure all areas, including common spaces, resident rooms, and offices, meet cleanliness and safety standards. Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials and disposing of waste safely.

Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning processes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or a related field is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
