We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Baker to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As a Baker, you will be responsible for the preparation and production of a wide range of breads and bakery products, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in all aspects of the baking process.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing, mixing, kneading, shaping, and baking a variety of breads, rolls, and specialty products Following Bakers Delight recipes and production schedules to maintain product consistency Monitoring oven temperatures and baking times to ensure quality outcomes Checking the quality of raw ingredients and finished products Operating and maintaining baking equipment safely and efficiently Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety standards Managing stock levels, rotating ingredients, and minimising wastage Working collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets Assisting with product presentation and maintaining display standards Requirements Certificate III in Baking or a related qualification, or at least 2–3 years of relevant work experience Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dough handling Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and time management skills A positive attitude and strong team player mindset Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene Benefits Competitive salary package based on experience Full-time, stable employment with consistent hours Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunity to grow within a well-established national brand Ongoing training and skill development Apply Now If you are passionate about baking and want to be part of a recognised and respected brand, we would love to hear from you.
