Out of School Time Site Supervisor (School Age Care)

Salary/Benefits: Annual salary range per the Site Supervisor Terms & Conditions. Please see attached Terms and Conditions of Employment. Start Date: Flexible as needed to accommodate for position transitions. Position will be available as soon as 10/21/2026. Work Week Schedule: 260 day calendar, 8 hours/day, exempt Student Level: Varies, Elementary Level Position Summary: White Bear Lake Community Services & Recreation is looking for an energetic, skilled, and motivated Site Supervisor to lead out of school time programs at the elementary level.

The position will coordinate programs and services including school age care, targeted services, and youth enrichment. Building strong relationships with staff, families, and students as well as developing rich, varied, and inclusive programming opportunities for diverse youth are primary position responsibilities.

Education

Bachelor's degree with coursework in early learning, child/youth development, child psychology, social work, recreation, or related field and minimal experience working with youth, supervising staff teams, developing and implementing programs, and/or providing work direction and coaching to others, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Special Requirements: CPR/First Aid required within six (6) months of hire.
