Position: Sales & Client Conversion Specialist Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Client Conversion Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their needs, present suitable solutions, and guide them through the customer journey while delivering an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound calls to potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services. Guide clients through the onboarding and account activation process. Achieve individual sales targets and performance objectives. Maintain regular communication with clients to increase engagement and retention.

Provide accurate information regarding company products and services. Record and update customer interactions within the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or a client-facing role. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment. Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities. Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
