Its diversified real asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage, data centres and private credit. Job Description You will be assisting the Lease Management team with Additional Property Tax computations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of additional property tax payable by tenants
• Examine relevant clauses on property tax claw backs in lease agreements
• Check on the viability of claw backs from tenants
• Prepare and send letters to tenants on relevant claw backs of property tax payable when initiated
• Respond to and interact with tenants regarding their queries
• Liaise with the Finance team to issue invoices to tenants
• Track and monitor payments by tenants
• Support other administrative or ad-hoc tasks (i.e. AV review) as assigned Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate Business, Finance, or any other related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good with numbers
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Prior knowledge of real estate or valuation will be advantageous
