Residential Sales Arborist / Urban Forest Manager

Description: We're looking for Arborists who are self-motivated, possess strong leadership skills, have a deep understanding of the market, and excel in customer relations. Our ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

Present proposed work to prospective clients in a compelling manner that showcases David's Tree Service, Inc. as an industry leader. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers. Develop value-added solutions for clients while identifying and qualifying opportunities. Meet and exceed sales goals for general tree care and plant health care.

Utilize CRM to track sales activities and to manage clients. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to implement promotional materials both in print and online. Brainstorm innovative strategies to expand the company's reach and enhance brand visibility. Work closely with Production Teams, occasionally visiting job sites to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

Generate sales reports and provide feedback to the Leadership Team during company meetings. Identify areas for improvement and develop sales plans with actionable strategies. Attend relevant events as required. Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred, but not required.
