Excavator Operator

Start Date: 02/11/2026 Contract Length: 4 weeks Working Hours: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm Paid Hours: 8.5 hours per day (9 hours on site) We are currently looking for an experienced Excavator Operator for a 4-week contract on a water treatment site.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operating 5-tonne and 13-tonne excavators. Digging trenches for site works. Backfilling trenches once work is complete. Carrying out excavation works safely and efficiently. Following site health and safety procedures at all times. Essential Requirements: Valid CPCS Blue Card covering excavators below 10 tonnes and above 10 tonnes.

Valid EUSR Water (training can be provided) Valid Thames Water Passport . (training can be provided) Previous experience operating 5-tonne and 13-tonne excavators. Standard site PPE, including safety boots, hard hat, hi-vis and appropriate workwear.
