FOH Team Member - Harriet's Hamburgers

As a Front of House Team Member, your primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This role includes various tasks such as greeting customers, taking their orders, and ensuring that the dining area is well-kept. - Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are important. - Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds is required. • Prior customer service experience; • A true “people person”providing exceptional and gracious service; • Experience working with a Point of Sale system; • Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment; • Strong multi-tasking skills; • Competency in counting money and processing payments; • Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in a stressful situation; • A genuine commitment to excellence and success
