Job description

Our client, a well-established company licensed by the MFSA, and a member of the MSE, is currently looking for a Compliance & AML Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will form part of a team that ensures compliance within the firm. This is a hybrid role that offers a salary of up to €25K plus bonus.

Role & Responsibilities Assist in drafting and updating of compliance manuals, plans, policies, and procedures Support the implementation of the company's Compliance Monitoring Programme Collaborate with the MLRO in CDD in line with the customer acceptance policy, ensuring AML procedures are enforced across the firm Oversee that all employees are operating in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures Assist in the preparation of internal reports and with the monitoring and analysis of transactions Review and maintain compliance files Keep abreast of all new regulations Education, Skills & Experience Advanced Compliance certifications or a degree in Banking and Finance or a relevant area 2+ years' work experience in Compliance & AML in Malta Fluency in English, both written and spoken Proficiency in MS Office applications Confident with spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis Analytical with excellent time management skills Ability to work independently and within a team Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to work Hands-on approach and a 'can do' attitude About the Role Salary of up to €25K + performance bonus Hybrid working in Attard – twice per week (available after probation) Flexible Hours Health & Dental Insurance Well-being Allowance Professional growth and development opportunities Please apply with your detailed CV in English.
