Job Summary

Under the direction of the Regional Property Manager, the Senior Property Manager is responsible for managing a single asset with large teams of 12+ employees and 600+ units, ensuring excellent customer service in daily management, coordinating all aspects of apartment community operations, maximizing cash flow while preserving assets, achieving budgeted NOI, providing a quality living environment for residents, providing high impact leadership at a large scale and establishes a positive working environment for property team members.
